Little Giant Ladder

February 6th, 2009

Have you seen the infomercials for the little giant ladder? It’s an extending ladder that’s supposed to be able to be 24 ladders in one, including a scaffolding. infoNOTmercial.com did a little giant review and they liked it, though they said the gorilla ladder can do the same functions for a lot cheaper.

infoNOTmercial.com is a pretty interesting site, the site consistes of video reviews of infomercial products, hence the name. The reviews are in depth, think cnet, and the products they review aren’t just tech.

Sweat or Sauna Suit

December 26th, 2008

The body is about 2/3 water. When people attempt to lose weight for a short period, getting that water weight down is one of the main techniques. Wrestlers, boxers and these days, MMA fighters cut weight before fights regularly.

To lose the weight, you simply want to sweat. So you want to heat your body up. You can use a sauna and even use an exercise bike in the sauna. If you don’t have a sauna available, trap your body heat and keep your sweat from cooling you down. To do so, cover your torso in something that’s not water permeable. Sauna suits do this and usually are vinyl or EVA. Basically, they’re garbage bags that fit your body shape. They look and feel great, as you’d imagine.

Dustin from Kutting Weight, came up with the

It is neoprene, which is far more comfortable and it’s cut so that you can wear it under normal clothes without scaring people in the subway.

Simple but a better mousetrap. I like it.

datatravler-300x300 64 GB Flash Drive: Friggin Insane

I stumbled upon this looking for some good black friday deals, its a 64 gb Flash Drive. I have never seen one of these before so it came as a bit of a suprise. Just afew years ago portable hardrives only went to 64 GB, and this thing is the size of a poket knife.

I looked through a few sites and it looks like a really nice gadget for anyone who likes to bring half their hard drive with them. Im definetly gonna buy it this year.
