It’s an extending ladder that’s supposed to be able to be 24 ladders in one, including a scaffolding. infoNOTmercial.com did a little giant review and they liked it, though they said the gorilla ladder can do the same functions for a lot cheaper.

infoNOTmercial.com is a pretty interesting site, the site consistes of video reviews of infomercial products, hence the name. The reviews are in depth, think cnet, and the products they review aren’t just tech.
